Enquiries are retained for up to 12 months unless an active client relationship requires longer; page-view records are retained for 90 days. We also measure page loading, layout stability, and interaction latency by page, language, and broad screen-size category. These performance samples contain no persistent visitor identifier and are retained for 90 days.
